I have multiple spirits that follow me around.they're not really hostile but they do make themselves known sometimes.most of them are males and they can be on the perverted ide sometimes.they even like to leave marks on me but I don't feel them do it.

Don't sweat it. If the doorman notices, he'll ask the weird man to leave. If not, the door man will walk you to your car. It's really noting to be scared about.

This is too complex to give you a sound bite on a public forum but know that you have the power to tell them to leave anytime. Sometimes they hang around those who have an ability to work with them. Sometimes you summon them without realizing it. It isn't scary unless you make them bigger than you ... Just know that you are in choice about it.

I had a spirit that would follow me around. He always made me nervous and I would have to hide under a million blankets in order to feel safe. I smudged my mother's home and he was gone for a while. My sister says she has had to deal with him a few times, but I always tell her to do some banishing.

The only spirits that follow me are in the bottle that I have a hold of !

i dont think it happens actually, this is only mind games i solved so many problems like ! when our mind commands us we feel we have spirit around us but only chemical imbalancement of mind is result behind this spirit..only when we heart from very close relation deeply love kind!!

Yep. My Father is always with me. He gives me advice and always tries to point me in the right direction. I wouldn't have it any other way....

Like the other day I was trying to learn how to do a belly roll for belly dancing exercise, and I remembered that my X husband, (now deceased) was awesome at doing a belly roll, so I asked him to help me out and then I focused on how he used to do it. (It was really sexy.)

I have a friend who can channel, and I asked her if she could speak to my X-husband and she said she didn't know. Then she suddenly got real wide eyed and started talking to him and he talked through her. It was really a little freaky and unexpected for both of us.

She told me things that she had no way of knowing... she finally had to leave and go home because he would not leave her alone. She said he followed her all the way home and kept talking until she got busy on her computer and ignored him.

I can't see or hear spirits but I try to absorb information and knowledge from them.

I'm pretty good at doing a belly roll now but I need more practice to train the muscles.
