Is there a tech forum? I couldn't find it,, IM sure this should be moved there if it is,,,,but my question

we are in Nevada and have centurylink prism,,,for some reason our internet is working fine (obviously) but our television programming has frozen

have reset the gateway, the television boxes,,,all without success in unfreezing the programming

,,,anyone else had this problem who was able to resolve it,,? if so how did you fix it?

I would suggest to call your cable company they all have Tech's on call and will walk you through your problems..

Have you already called the cable company? If not, that's the best place to start. They should be able to fix your problem over the phone. And if they can't, they should send someone out to fix it.

I got a hold of Reuben.He told me for you to contact him ASAP.He thinks they need to go out to your house now, and replace /repair all the equipment.
