Just kidding. I knew Bartoli won, but haven't had the chance to see the matches yet. I'm sure it will be excellent sport.
I'd never thought about it before, but am curious if there is a reason the man wins a cup and the woman a plate? Are they going for a table setting here?

 good question and I really do not know the answer - the williams lysicki match was a good one - close much of the time
but it looks like marion bartoli just friggin slammed lysicki....frm the scores it looks like it might have been an embarrassment to watch (I didn't see the finals)

Well my recorder messed up the first part, but I got to see their last two matches and Bartoli was awesome! That woman can MOVE!
