when you dont sleep but a couple hours in a few days? i think its starting to get to me. but since work is kinda nuts i dont think its gonna get better anytime soon. anyone got any suggestions on keeping energy levels up without drugs? ie stackers or yellow jackets

Caffine...but that can make you crash hard. A good multi-vitamin like GNC's Mega Man will help in the long run. And of course things like peanuts that have high protien counts.
When im workin a 12 hour midnight shift, I drink a moutain dew and eat a snickers bar. That seems to do alright. |

ive been at work since 3 this afternoon and wont get off til 7. but i work 2 jobs. i think i am going to quit one of them cause its starting to take its toll.

Yeah I feel ya...like I said in the other post, I work 3 jobs. One full time and 2 part time. 3 and 4 hour sleep nights are commen thing for me. But I take naps in betweeen. Guess I just like the extra money roght now...I know it will eventually catch up.

its changed, and i didnt really pay attention with the age thing, i was kinda out of it when i put that in,, a few too many hours work and not enough sleep.

Eat your vitamins, proteins and plenty of fiber. Go to bed earlier

You need to find time to sleep- for our bodies need that rest.

To answer the question..when I get less sleep it is a problem. We all need that energy at the beginning of the day.
