"Personal self-fulfilling motives by exploiting those who died on TWA800 is nauseating," Matt Zimkiewicz, who lost his sister to the flight, told ABC news.

I didn't see the DOCUMENTARY so I can't say that anyone was "exploiting" those who died.

Why does this same dramatic diatribe always have to come up about the victims???

From what I read, not all of the victims families were happy with the "official reports" about what happened, so spare us this emotional diatribe crap.

IF our government shot down that plane I would think the victims families would want to know. Nobody is exploiting anyone.

Here is where I stand with almost all of your stupid a* conspiracy theories...I've written about damn near all of them to some degree, which in itself involves a lot of research, research you are either too clumsy to do yourself or just too damn lazy to bother.

Quite frankly, you come up with just about the worst evidence I've ever seen (Or lack thereof anyway) because your evidence is nothing more than hearsay...Unless of course you want to provide that damning evidence of a missile in the form of the actual radar images showing it impacting TWA 800.

But you won't do that either, why? Because you, like most conspiracy theorist, are just too lazy to bother...And the story you made up sounds a lot better than what actually happened. Do some Goddamn research and I'll take your opinion a little more seriously, until then this is just downright laughable.

Let me make this perfectly clear mr. fearandloathing, I am not a conspiracy theorist. I posted a NEWS ARTICLE.

And I also stated my personal opinion. I am not abliged to you or anyone else to prove anything. And you are of course welcome to post your opinions but there is no need to make it into a persona attack on me.

Wow if you click on the link in the O.P. the original article about it has been taken down.

More cover up.

But this is what it said:

TWA Flight 800 Shot Down? Ex-FBI Investigator Goes At It With Producer of New Documentary

What caused the crash of TWA Flight 800? New information from whistleblowers is challenging the official explanation given by the NTSB that an electrical short circuit triggered a gas explosion.

Megyn Kelly went over the bombshell revelations on America Live with James Kallstrom, the former FBI Special Agent in charge of the investigation, who spoke with her by phone, and Tom Stalcup, co-producer of the new EPIX documentary "TWA Flight 800."

Kallstrom challenges the view that a missile may have hit the airliner, casting doubt on what eyewitnesses to the crash think they may have seen. He said no stone was left unturned by investigators, and questions where any new evidence in the case could have come from, since the pieces of the plane are still in the same place where the jet was re-created by investigators.

Stalcup went after Kallstrom for an animation of the event created by the CIA that he believes shows an impossible scenario of events. He believes Kallstrom and the investigators chose to ignore what witnesses said, and to this day none have testified publicly.

"Let them testify. That's what you should have done in 1997," said Stalcup.

Megyn questioned why there would be some kind of "conspiracy" to cover up the true cause of the disaster. Kallstrom said if the whistleblowers were "real men" they'd have come forward when the investigation was still ongoing and he could have done something about it.

"Now that they've got their government pensions and they feel safe. It's a crazy idea," said Kallstrom, lamenting the prospect that the victim's families will now start to wonder what happened all over again.

He said the documentary is "fascinating just like Walt Disney is fascinating."

It shouldn't of been a personal attack if you are not a conspiracy theorist...It wasn't intended to be a personal attack at all, really. Just my observation of the lackluster way most conspiracy theorists present their pisspoor cases.

Not all conspiracy theories are stupid.

With the right investigators, and absent the willingness for the authorities to hush things up and the media to cover things up, I am sure you would see things on the news that would make the hair stand up on the back of your head.

They're all pretty much stupid...They go nowhere, the evidence is typically baseless accusations, and almost all of it is centered around hearsay.

Eye witness testimonies from investigators ARE NOT HEARSAY.

Do you even know what hearsay is?

It is when someone testifies about what they heard someone else say.

But if an investigator testifies that he participated in a cover up as per instructions of his superior, that is testimony, not hearsay.

However IF there is a new investigation started, (which I have my doubts there will be) and these witnesses live to testify (and don't get shot down while flying across the country) then I think calling it a conspiracy to cover up the truth is accurate.

I do not see a picture of a missile hitting the plane...I see a picture of what looks like part of the fuselage with a hole in it, mind you there are a lot of nuts and bolts in a plane and at high rates of speed they turn into bullets.

So, assuming it hasn't already been explained properly in one of those reports you didn't bother to look at...Chances are it is simply part of the result of the plane breaking up, or it could be a weak bit of metal that simply split. There are a number of reasons actually that have nothing to do with a missile, which would have to be pretty damn small to leave such a small hole.

Well I am not required to show you evidence. You are not the Jury, I am not the witness or the prosecutor.

I don't have the "evidence." I was not there. I'm simply sharing what I read on the Internet.

Here is the picture claimed to be the missil taken by a witness. There were said to have been over 200 witnesses.

The hell you're not required to show me evidence, you're claiming it was a missile...And I'm telling you that you are wrong. The witness count for who said it was a missile was roughly 100 people, the picture on that site has absolutely no reference of when it was taken, at which point during the incident, or even if it is anything at all other than a grey streak.

Pictures are easy to dupe, they are also the easiest claim to evidence for people who just want to jump on something. However, it is important to know the time of the picture and have a reference of size in relation to the object in the picture, both of which are not present in the picture.

Hell, it could be exhaust from an engine for all you or I know...It could even be a dragon, but that is why professionals review these things and not common people.

That's not good enough for conspiracy theorists, but you know what? Tough s* until you can prove otherwise.

WOW, over 200 witnesses and not one of them called to the hearing/investigation and you are expected to solve this, Some people just will not believe that their government is capable of lying. Americans are the most lied to people on the planet and it seems the vast majority believe their government.
