Probably because their lives are so out of control they don't know how to cope. Maybe tears have gotten them sympathy, priveledge, or excused from prior bad acts? I have often wondered how many are really just small time out of work actors picking up SAG pay to keep the show on the air? |

Oh yeah. These chat shows are definitely....................something else.
 . I'm happy to say I'd never put myself in that position in the first place.  . As much as I hardly watch these talk shows nowadays, they're good for a laugh. Especially when the guests get bad-tempered and jealous. And then there's the host. "Are you a man or a mouse?". I just want someone on the show to reply with "Neither. I'm a rabbit", or "I'm half man, half mouse". Just to see the host's reaction. . And Jeremy Kyle, should change his name to Jeremy Vile. He just helps fuel the arguements more. If that wasn't enough, he then gets involved in their fights. What an........idiot. And I thought hosts were meant to be the mediators. The Youtube comments for these shows make me laugh quite a lot.

LOL, I had to look up what you guys were talking about. Never had much of an attraction for these types of shows, but did date a girl who was Springer's friend, so going to dinner was a trip. I don't think he is much like his show from what I hear. What's more weird "these shows or the people who watch them".
