Have you tried pizza?
Perhaps you could try making pizza egg rolls. Sounds good to me even though I've never made them. Welp. That's my idea for the mix. Hope it helps.

Home made fries baked in the oven. I also cut up parsnips and carrots to go with the potatoes. Toss them with a little bit of olive oil, sea salt, pepper, rosemary and oregano (dried). Cook for 35-40 minutes in a 425*F oven, turning once half way through. Yum!
