have u ever faced that you feel you love someone strongly.. but u dont want to marry that person?

yes renee I have. Marriage is not something I feel safe about any more. my ex took that from me. I look at people who insist on marriage as trying to push an agenda that may not be in my best interests.

(I am not sure that is what YOU mean tho' & it doesn;t mean I would not marry in the right situation).

yes sweetsgirl.. partly this .. partly like our canadian friend.. it feels lot better to know.. that i m not abnormal.. people do feel like me when they are going through the similar situation..

Yes..my wife, I just go married in the end so her kids could go to school
As I was Canadian

yes.. there can be reasons why you dont want to marry.. strange life.. it puts us into such crossroads that we cant decide what to do next

I dont no if men are different, I do think we are ,its my understanding that the 9 year
old girl already cant wait to grow up & she will tell you how many
Kids she going to have & about the handsome man she's going to marry.
My way of thinking was if your together and happy then why do I need a certificate
to state that, as I live in a province which has a common law "rule" after 6 months anyways.

I suggested that she marry someone else to be legal..lol that didn't go down to well, as you could imagine.
after bouncing back and forth accross the border for the next 3, 1/2 years I final married her
when the relationship had totally ran its coarse.
In the few happy times after marriage I did like being referred to as husdand & wife.

This relationship always had problems, and I was just holding out for changes,as I couldn't
except certain things about her.
So she came back for the last time with her three kids, I married her, she did whatever the heck she felt
I didn't sign the immigration papers so she got deported after 6 months & they took the kids, then there
Dad came down from Alaska to save the day, and raised them ever since.

Now I would say if your in love and the problems are acceptable, as we cant change people, then do it.

thanks ride for sharing ur experience

thnx frnds for being there then.

got my answer now. wen u r in love, your heart will finally give in despite of all negatives and challenges... give in sooner and u will see the reason why it was afraid to submit.. in my case probably i got love in return.. but what i dint get is respect.

I love a lot of people I wouldn't marry. I don't have to be compatible or attracted to someone in order to love them for all their individual gifts and attributes. But I do have to have compatibility and attraction to spend the rest of my days with them. flowerforyou

When you say" love them" do you mean in love with them? If you do, you are fovever blowing my mindwhat

And doesn't a woman pretty much just fall IN love & when its ran its coarse , she's most likely to no longer
be In love, but this would be most likely the only time she would just love the person, opposed to
Being in love?

Love as in knowing and carring deeply for one,

Second question to all woman please.

Both actually. I can love in a lot of different ways. I would never marry my Uncle, but I love him with all my heart. I love my best friend with all my heart and would never marry him either. We are simply not compatible.

I've also been romantically "in love" with someone who I knew I would not be compatible enough to spend the rest of my life with.

I'm not sure why that would blow your mind. what

As to the second question. I couldn't say how it is for anyone else, but I can't fall out of love. I'm not someone who "falls" into anything actually. I tend to do things quite purposefully. If there is a reason I should not be in love with someone, I can and will force myself to see reason and walk away from my romantic feelings. But, I don't "fall" out of anything I go into with intent.

So when you concisely chose to be in love with the person or personal, were you concisely aware from the beginning that you would not spend the rest of your life with that person or personal?and I'm not talking about Uncle Buck!

Thanks for trying to answer but I'm stillwhat perhaps I've been very naive in the past.whoa

I was really attracted to a man but not enough to want to marry him, even after meeting inperson and having a good time doing things together. Sometimes an attraction is mistaken for Love.

I can't know if we're a good match until I really get to know them. It takes time for me to become in love and it also takes time to discover if we'll be a good match. I suppose sometimes the wrong thing happens first. laugh Bad timing maybe?

if you love someone and its going well and are not botherd by the "piece of paper" that's so called binds you two together.

no need for marriage for one its a waist of a lot of money
reception alone will cost you $10000 + that's going at $50 a head and 200 people , now days most of them are done on Friday's , Saturdays, wont find a reception for under $75-$85 a head , do the math

that's the reception alone but anyway.. back to the paper,
if you love him/her and you bothj comfortable no need , I know a couiple that have a house, kids and arnt married a lot of couples do it,

that's all . Its just a piece of paper ! remember that ;)

well for me marriage is not just a piece of paper. it is a expectation of life long companionship. still divorces do happen but who wants a divorce really when they fall in love.

have u ever faced that you feel you love someone strongly.. but u dont want to marry that person?

Yes, it's called being a coward and not wanting commitment. Or you seen a lot of bad relationships go bad and are scared because of it. Or you are a man-whore.rofl
