I want to hear John Lennon speaking softly the words I write
I want to jam with Jimi Hendrix on stage at Woodstock
Belt out a song with Janis Joplin
I want to watch Shakespeare write a sonnet
Fly across the brilliant blue sky in a balloon
I want to be a ray of the suns light for a day
Be a bit of stardust falling from the sky touching upon the cheek of a child as she lay dreaming
To be a seal as it swims in the sea
To understand what the dolphins and whales say when I hear their cries
To be a tree when the leaves fall to know how it feels
To be a bee flying from flower to flower
I am but a dreamer living in my fantasies
