Floyd displayed his usual superior boxing skills to totally dominate Guerrero, who is a great fighter in his own right. Guerrero, a brilliant slugger was no match for a boxer of Mayweathers talent. Guerrero, a much younger, and bigger fighter was totally dominated. Floyd retains championship along with being still undefeated. Easily boxings pound for pound best.

He is that special, isn't he? I watched the Angel fight, but missed this one. I'll have to find a way to see him.

If you want to see another absolutely genius fight, look for Hopkins vs. Trinidad from '01, and get the popcorn ready.

he's good for someone that picks and chooses who he fights... he still won't fight M. Pacquiao...

from wiki:
Emmanuel "Manny" Dapidran Pacquiao, PLH (/ˈpæki.aʊ/ PAK-ee-ow; Tagalog: [pɐkˈjaʊ];[4] born December 17, 1978) is a Filipino professional boxer and politician. He is the first eight-division world champion,[5] in which he has won ten world titles, as well as the first to win the lineal championship in four different weight classes.[6] He is also the second highest paid athlete in the world.[7][8]

He was named "Fighter of the Decade" for the 2000s (decade) by the Boxing Writers Association of America (BWAA), World Boxing Council (WBC) and World Boxing Organization (WBO). He is also a three-time The Ring and BWAA "Fighter of the Year," winning the award in 2006, 2008 and 2009, and the Best Fighter ESPY Award in 2009 and 2011.[9]

He was long rated as the best pound-for-pound boxer in the world by some sporting news and boxing websites, including ESPN, Sports Illustrated, Sporting Life, Yahoo! Sports, About.com, BoxRec and The Ring.[10][11] In April 2012, Pacquiao dropped to number two in the rankings, behind Floyd Mayweather, Jr.[12] However on May 7, 2012, The Ring declared the top position vacant and jointly ranked Pacquiao and Mayweather in the number two spot.[13]

Aside from boxing, Pacquiao has participated in acting, music recording and politics. In May 2010, Pacquiao was elected to the House of Representatives in the 15th Congress of the Philippines, representing the province of Sarangani.[14]

How strange that a fighter who was knocked out cold by a fighter he fought 4 times in his most recent fight would be considered pound for pound best (second behind Mayweather) after such a devastating loss knockout, while Mayweather is undefeated. As for picking his fighters, all have done it throughout the history of the sport, yet Paquiao chose to fight Marquez 4 times and getting soundly knockedout in his most recent fight, he chose to fight Marquez, that is "picking". Finally, the real reason they have not fought each other is because of Bob Arum, boxings greatest gangster surpassing the likes of Don King. De la Hoya promotes Mayweather, Arum promotes Paquiao, neither will bend in negotia

Finally, Paquieao is a slugger puncher whos losses have come at the hands of boxers, including Marquez who just knocked him out once and beat him another time while being robbed of one fight. Marquez could not go the distance in his loss to Mayweather. By the way, every fight Mayweather has been in has been with great fihhters, including Hatton, Guerrero and others. While Pac fought one guy four times and got knocked out. Pac cant beat good boxers, let alone the best boxer in the game. Mayweather never fought the same guy four times, Pac did, and did horribly. Mayweather is undefeated. Pound for pound best in the game. Those who dont like him just cant stand a black fighter dominate for so long, it drives them nuts. Pound for pounf is for the best, not from a recent knockout loss.
