Someone interested in the same things as me.
Someone as fascinated with old dusty antique shops and forgotten out of the way books stores as myself. Someone who finds white picket fences and the two car garage on Walnut Street too confining and suffocating. Someone who wants to create, build, explore, sculpt and redefine love and what it means to be "alive", respect and communication above all else... in short my partner in this unexplored world. Toss in extreme bouts of humor and a nice healthy interest in the odd and bizarre and searching auctions and marketplaces to find them. A man to just do as I say? Is there a paycheck involved? |

A man to just do as I say? Is there a paycheck involved? You would expect to be compensated for your compatibility? My presence is not payment enough? Actually your presence is always more than enough. Just don't make me wear the Eskimo outfit anymore. It itches. |

Thank you for your responses. Sorry to have gotten so . Just bein' compatible like. Seriously though, for me compatibility it's more of a feel. It's nice to have some common interests with someone, but if you're really in sync with someone, you can always discover other things you like to do together if you don't share interests with them at first. RainbowTrout, haven't I caught you somewhere before? |

Well, what the lady asks for, the lady gets... it is getting hot in here though. Now I can get to some of those chores you wanted done. And I need to apologize to. Hard to stay on topic sometimes. |

After reading these, I'm thinking that perhaps we should all go cool off in a shower...Cinderella included, of course...

Gee Willikers Traumer, we don't need a chaperone here. We're just having a little laugh and Goofing off. |

I do best with men who are chalk-full of ideas and interests and plans of their very own...Self-starters and self-motivators who don't need someone to tell them what to "do" or who to "be" etc...I don't want to "play mom" to a man and I'm not looking for a "substitute dad" either!...I want a man who is already "whole and complete" within himself. But yet he is flexible and always interested in learning new things and "expanding" his horizons etc...A man who doesn't feel threatened by a strong woman. (Because he's strong and secure within himself and doesn't need to "hold" anyone "back" or "down" in order to feel "tall.")

You were getting the glass ones and I was trying on the ruby ones. |

RainbowTrout...I agree with you about common interests...My husband and I "took interest" in each other's interests. And we developed lots of new interests during our 30 years together.

Thanks for sharing, GreenEyes. I have been restudying compatibility. I think it can be easily overlooked.
