I Just Now Heard about the Surgery... I Hope Things are going okay for you now... I will keep you in my prayers and that He will Heal you permanently so you'll never have to go through that pain again

Glad to hear you're feeling better. . If pain starts up again, either put something hot on it, or something freezing. It helps numb the ache. So, Ice Packs, Hot Water Bottle, Heating Pad, you get the picture. Also, using an extra pillow might help. Extra padding seems to reduce it too for some reason.
