Everyone(whether men or women) has their own description of good/ideal partner. I have heard a few of them.
So mingle ladies, what are your ideal men? And do they really exist?(be honest and be practical)

I imagine that my ideal man will probably be intelligent, kind and humorous, and will think the same of me, even if I'm not.

But I can't be 100% certain about that until I know exactly which one is mine.

She's being modest. But I think that this is about wanting someone that sees in us what we are trying to be, or our "better side", or maybe it's just a subjective compatibility issue. It is rather subjective anyway because not everyone is going to really like your sense of humour or think that you are a nice or intelligent person.

Exactly right. Because in terms of compatibility, i would be...intelligent, humorous and kind. If that is how he knows me to be though HIS eyes, he will still regard me that way on my bad days...When I may not be. And visa versa.

hmmm lets see he would def have to have a sense of humor, patience as i have a child with special needs, and someone who is not so materialistic because i'm not. Its an added bonus if loves movies, reading, or football...any combination is good but def seen as perfect if he likes all three...MUST LOVE KIDS as i have kids over all the time to play with my own two minions...and def extra brownie points if he has accent :).

My ideal man would definitely have to be Christian, not only in name, but in the way he lives his life.
Not a wimp, but soft spoken and kind to others.
Able to accept his role as "my man', and to be my guardian, my companion, and my protector. Someone that I can trust unerringly and who I can admire and respect.
Someone who is intelligent, and loves a good debate, but who also does not feel the need to fill up those golden quiet moments with incessant,inane chatter.
Oh...and he has to pick up his socks off the floor.

an ideal man? I suppose someone who can be trusted, who I feel safe with to talk to. There must be no doubt that he is attracted to me and loyal - no games - no players and he equally abhors those things.

mature behavior & attitudes, introspective with better than average intellectual curiosity and there must be a "spark" of attraction that he wants equally to nurture

a masculilne man who desires female company and is willing to take things one day at a time
