Obviously depends of the womans physical charms and assets. If polite does not stare and appear obvious and will be subtle and not appear to stare. Men are visual creatures and some women seem to forget it just as ment often forget women are more driven to men for an overall evaluation not just physical attrributes ( hence you see really beautiful woomen with sometimes less than handsome guys and yes im exclding those with deep pockets who will appeal to one third of women who are seduced by affluence and what it offers....

I tend to look at her eyes the most. When I am having a conversation I think it is improper (and suspicious) to have my eyes darting around all over her body like she was a medical chart.

I agree, men are more visual while women tend to look out for features that indicate that he could be "the perfect man". But I also think that it is a two ways thing. I´ve known men that seek a little bit deeper to know the person, and women that only see if the guy is good looking or not.

Well her smile can also be bewitching and hold my attention when we are chatting... but otherwise it is all down to her personality and how well we are communicating. I find that if we are unable to do that, we have nothing in common and as such no attributes she may have helps.
