What say you? The directions say the process will go faster if the computer is left on overnight, but it seems that would use too much power supply juice.

I don't shut mine down completely at home and have never had a problem. But don't see that it runs any faster just I don't have to wait for it to boot up...
But once in a while I do re-boot it if it goes to running slow..

if u know much about computers. it actually takes a lot of power to boot up your computer. unless you are going to be off ur computer for at least 12 hrs it isnt worth shutting down. uses less power just staying on and asleep
