I'm thinking about trying this service, but they want to know a lot of sensitive info. I'm leery of supplying all that over the interwebz. Have you had a good or bad experience with Lifelock?

Friends that have used it, tell me when you need to recover your info. it took a long time. One said over 2 days. Not known for fact, what I was told. They did drop the site. Bought some kind of massive storage device for about $200.00 & do their own back up; once a week. Much happier with that system.
