Yeah, that guy was always a jerk. But, he had one very good idea that made him very wealthy. Too bad he wasn't smart enough to hold onto it.

sounds like the chickens are coming home to roost and he is getting what he has earned with his dubious activities that are at least in part illegal (most likely) if it wasn't bankruptcy it would be a lawsuit. In fact I bet the bankruptcy is somehow related to avoiding prosecution

From a company statement: "This Chapter 11 filing will not affect any of Girls Gone Wild's domestic or international operations. Just like American Airlines and General Motors, it will be business as usual for Girls Gone Wild."
