Because I want a little one to hold in my arms again.
To raise and watch with delight as they learn things. To experience the pure and innocent love a child can give you again. Then I want to send them home! (Not really though). |

I thought that we needed kids so as to have someone to blame for our farts in the event we don't have a dog.
Well, it worked for me until my son was old enough to figure out what I was doing . . . then I got a dog.

I know how you feel Hippie. I have Five kids. The youngest is almost 20 and the oldest recently turned 34. I've waited a long time...But I recently found out that I will FINALLY be a grandmom either around the end of Aug. or the beginning of Sept?  So see, it's probably just a matter of time for you too. Hang in there, babies have a way of being created every day

I am waiting for Hippie to become a Grandfather so I can hear all about it. I choose a husband who did not want kids and then right after the divorce had to have a hysterectomy. I do not want to adopt so I am living for everybody else to have grandkids.

I just envy everyone with kids but in a good way. At 25 the argue to have ma own kids is driving mi crazy yet I have not yet found ma better half. I don't wanna raise kids without a father figure. Yet I feel I can't wait any longer. What happens to us ladies for real that a certain age u feel u will lose it if u don't get a kid??? Let everyone pray for mi......and am happy for every mom , dad and grand parent in world.

kids are but one fulfilling relationship people can have, and each person has their own interestsabout what relationships they need
I dont see a (general) need for kids, besides to continue the species I do still consider them a blessing,,, |

So, you are not out of time when it comes to becoming a parent by natural means. Plus, there is always adoption. |
