i would like to thanks all the people on here who supported me on this sobriety journey today marks one month i havnt had to drink by gods sweet grace and i couldnt done it with out you and so many others.. so thanks to all who say hey you can do it ..

It's all worth it...just remember that soemtimes you are the only one who can pat yourself on the back for a job well done.

CONGRATALUATIONS....one day at a time. It is an awesome way to live. When my husband died in 2004 he had been sober for 23 years. Truly living one day at a time, sometimes one minute at a time, but it is worth it for YOU!

if you decide you are going to stay sober you can.. for years had one six pack a week half pack of smokes per day. after losing the wife went to about a case a day and about four packs of smokes a day, this lasted for close to three years. one day said I have quit cigarettes and beer, quit cold turkey have been off both for about six years now..... not easy but if put your mind to it you can do it. (*_*)
