The 60's were an amazing decade. The 80's had it's moments - for sure, but the "transitional" decade of the 60's brought so many diverse and radical changes with it - granted, not all good but there was still an innocence about it, and a tremendous hope for the future that is just hard to explain to someone who did not experience it. |

The 80s facinates me to this day. All of my relatives grew up in all diff years and the coolest ones are the ones that went through the 80s. Sorry 60s and 70s. Even though my dad talked about cool 70s experiences lol.

TO ME THE 80'S WAS THE BEST DECADE FOR EVERYTHING. AND THE MUSIC WAS THE BEST. U COULD UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY WERE SAYING. AND THE SWEAR WORDS WERE MINAMAL. UNLIKE TODAYS DUMBASS MUSIC WHERE EVERYOTHER WORD IS F THIS AND F THAT.
TO ME THE MUSIC TODAY DOES NOT EVEN COME CLOSE TO THE MUSIC IN THE 80'S. ESPECIALLY WEIRD 'AL' AM I RIGHT LOL
