That's how ese responds to me in general. I guess he was trying to stir up trouble or something. Who knows.

if the comment i posted struck a nerve with you, then feel free to get defensive, attack me, or whatever. the bottom line is, i commented because i felt that some people may not understand doctrine, especially if they have not researched. biblical interpretation is left up to the layman in some religions, while only elders or even just a select person is allowed to interpret in others the word is a double edge sword. it cuts to the bone either in offense or defense. maybe if people used the word to edify one other instead of degrading each other, the world could be a better place godspeed, bulldog Ese, I didn't attack you. I simply asked you who your post was directed at. You wouldn't say who. No need to be so defensive. If it bothers you that it was pointed out that someone was being awfully judgmental, well ok. If you feel you need to judge others based on your religion, then I guess that's what you need to do. if the quote button is used, bet that the comment is directed to you. if a post is made without a quote, bet that it is not specifically directed to you that said, i never said i felt the need to judge others based on my religion. i never said what or if i have a religion. you making a statement about me having a need to judge based on my religion is an example of poor reading comprehension. quoting me and making a comment directs your words at me looking at past conversations between us, it would be pretty obvious to the reader that we don't get each other. it would be best if we stopped quoting each other and just enjoyed the topics for what they are. godspeed, bulldog |

Comment all you want, but don't get mad when I respond. And no need to try to start trouble. |

Of course you didn't attack him; seems a little over the top the way he responded. my apologies navygirl. the post i made was an open comment. i didn't quote anyone. the simple question as to who the post was for should be answered by the fact that no specific person was quoted. i don't post to start trouble, i post when i feel i can contribute to the topic, or if i think the post i make will be found humorous. if anyone reads the post in question and gets some use from it cool. if not, i tried |

I just wasn't sure what this was all about. I actually looked up that quote on Google and it indeed has a lot of ways to interpret "tho shall not judge." Your post was an interesting read. |

Ese, I get that you don't like what I post. Comment all you want, but don't get mad when I respond. And no need to try to start trouble. emily, i like you. sometimes i post on your threads because the topic interests me. i don't like the way you interpret, so i try not to quote you your last comment is why. if i were mad at you, i would avoid you at all costs. if i wanted to start trouble with you, i would message you privately. i'm sorry to get off topic, but i really want you to understand that the post i made was a general post for anyone, and not a quoted post directed at someone specifically. godspeed, bulldog |

You do try to start trouble, but in a passive aggressive way. I guess it's fun for you? You clearly posted that because of what a couple of us said, so it wasn't really a general post. Especially since the thread was not about judging. Anyway, let's get back on topic. |
