what i see is jealousy…
as we play this lovers game…
do you really think it matters to me…
how you choose to place the blame…

life is one big odyssey …
as i travel the world alone…
the love i have is what i gained…
from the quest to remain unknown…

i’ll not cry… or lie… or die…
when the spotlight shows my face…
for i learned to rule my own life…
and you can never take that away…

so go ahead and ignore me…
write me off... all of the lists…
we’ll see who ends up the strongest…
and can get by… just based on our wits…

i love a good challenge of the senses …
it makes me feel more than alive…
and you know how much i hate boredom…
so let’s tango… and see who survives…
