Breakfast out this morning. Steak, home fried potatoes, poached eggs on toast, sweet grits. A large cinnamon roll. Coffee. So full called a forklift to carry me out to the car.

A baked stuffed red bell pepper (stuffed it with ground turkey, chopped onions, spinach, celery, chopped-up bits from the top of the pepper, herbs and spices) covered with marinara sauce and Italian cheese. Tossed lettuce-and-spinach salad on the side with creamy Italian dressing and a few grape tomatoes. Hot rooibos tea with lemon. Now I'm thinking about a small glass of red wine, maybe.
