For the Crust:
1 pkg of your favorite chocolate sandwich cookie
3/4 cup melted butter

Mix up cookies in food processor or crush them in a ziplock plastic bag
Mix in melted butter with processor or bowl with spatula until well mixed.

Press into a spring form baking pan.

Peanut butter cups:
Take your favorite peanut butter cups and layer them in a single layer on the bottom; just be sure to leavebroom for the cheesecake batter.

Cheesecake:
This part is up for you to decide. Use your favorite cheesecake recepie with peanutbutter. I like to use the chunky kind to give it more texture.
Follow the directions of the cheesecake recepie you chose, just remember we have the crust in tne pan.

Baking:
Before you bake the cheesecake, wrap thepan on the outside with foil to make sure no water can get through.
Get a casserole dish, put your pan in the dish, fill the casserole dish up to about an inch below the top of your pan. Put in oven and follow baking instructions on your recipe.

Chocolate Genache(mispelled):
Simmer water in a pot when your cheesecake is almost done. Our goal here is to make a double boiler so we can melt chocolate. Put on top of the pot a glass bowl. Make sure the water doesn't touch the bottom of your bowl or you'll have to start all over.
Pour in 3/4cup - 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, stir slowly but constantly until melted. Try to do this right after you pull the cbeesecake out of the oven. Pour ginache over warm cheesecake,

Cooling:
Let cool to room temperature and then cool in fridge overnight or 8 hours.
As you know people make mistakes so I offer your input as you try this out. Thank you and good eating.
