With the limited pictures to choose from it is very difficult to give you much of a conclusion. Mine would be of a considerably old female than your peers.
With a face only shot I would say you have some good basic features. Good eyes. If you have glasses wear them in one shot. NOT sunglasess. Photographers trick; If you have dark circles under your eyes, common for brunettes, a dab of PreparationH will reduce the discoloration under your eyes for photos. Can't tell you have any but this also works on blemishes. Very nice profile, nice jaw line, excellent masculine nose. That is the great strength of your lead shot. Women on dating sights usually want men not boys so avoid the Harry Potter or forget who the tenny bopper movie guy is in the wearwolf movies but you aren't him or Mr E. Flinn so don't try to pirate a celebrity look because it is always an epic fail. Not saying you were just a common fail in younger profiles. Nice hair/bad hair cut in both photos. Feathered bangs and hoodie make you look feminine an second photo is just no volume and even worse bangs. And an up the nose shot never flatters and gives the appearance of a bad haircut even if it looked better from a different angle. I would forget the frail looking mustache as making you look much younger than you are. When 80% of women don't like facial hair it is rarely something you want in a profile shot. Keep your hand away from your head in photos. It looks like a birth defect on the side of your head or always directs the eye usually where you don't want it away from your face. If you have great hands show them holding something you value or playing the keyboard. Men do sometimes have great hands and women tend to notice them. Definitely hiding your best assets under a bushel not showing your height and slim build with a full length photo. This is Christmas time and an excellent time for getting pictures taken. You can always offer to hand someone and inexpensive throw away camera and ask them to "take a picture to include in your Christmas cards". It is a little bit cheezy but it is a great way to ask for an email to send them a copy when it gets printed and start a friendship with someone you are attracted to but a little shy to visit with other wise. |
