Yeah yall are right... I mean it baffles me how someone you just met professes love... I mean I'd rather have us be friends first and see where it takes us to...

I think some men [and women] make friends based on physical appearance, thinking that they're gonna get that three letter word from you. The one beginning with an S. The ones who have went POOF!, you're probably better off without anyway. It becomes clear who your real friends are. Those who fell off the radar will only do it to more people. They always do. I assume they prefer the quantity of friends they have, instead of quality. Who needs friends like that? You seem a lovely girl. Welcome :) You're worth more. |

Why do some guys talk to you for awhile then poof there gone? Maybe you are talking to the wrong guys. If you ever want to talk to a Melmacian . . . well . . . I won't eat any cats that you have. Are their names "Breakfast", "Lunch" and "Dinner"? your funny and thank you ...err... Sorry about that. Old Melmacian reflex. Your cats will be safe from me. |

I've had the same problem with women. I have exactly the opposite problem. I talk to women, the going is going well, the chapters don't change in the book, and then, suddenly, I go poof!! and I disappear. I don't know what to think: I don't answer her letters, I don't answer her calls, I never call any more. So what's with me? I guess it is my loss because these women are truly nice. Only because I imagine, site unseen, that they have a larger-than-life derriere. This feeling is always purely subjective. So why do I give it so much credit? I guess because of previous meetings. |

Why do some guys talk to you for awhile then poof there gone? When i finally think i have made a new friend they stop writing me. Oh well i guess thats their loss because i know im a great person who cares to much sometimes. unless you have something major in common or having an interesting conversation then the brain is going to run out of things to talk/write about in an e-mail and the e-mailer(s) will generally start experiencing the symptoms of "Writer's Block" around the fifth e-mail |

I did not know that. I just get so incredibly and painfully bored in any correspondence, that it is impossible to continue. Nothing personal, but people keep saying the same thing after the second email, over and over. |
