The Wahl mobile barbershop will be at Oktoberfest looking for the best beard in Green Country. Wahl's Master Barbers are on hand to help give guys a little lesson and trim. They will be on the lookout for the best facial hair in town. The lucky gentleman will win the Tulsa title and a $500 prize.
