i have bought many stuff in a thrift store they have 2 human society stores here in town and one has cats where they can be adopted plus clothing and such the other has clothing and stuff the 2nd one i found was a small curio cabnet i paid $20 for as is.... all it needed was a pad lock ($1 at the dollar store for a pad lock) i have some of my collectables and knic nacs in it i love going to the goodwill bins where u can buy by the pound what about getting stuff free on either the side of the road or from left over yard sales you can actually find some good stuff my mom calls me a hoarder for i have alot of stuff but hoarders dont throw things away but i do there was one time i cleaned my closet and i used to crochet alot but havent in along time it got to tiring i went through my yarn i didnt want plus scrap and i posted on craigslist i had 6bags and it was gone within 5min |

I did just get a nice Vera Bradley bag last week.... retailed for $ 52.00 -i got it for $3.99....those idiots ![]() yes they can be idiots at times i used to work at goodwill and they actually had a price book but now you can tell on some things they overcharge but at the goodwill bins. they dont care as long as they can sell it i bought these stackables ( i cant recall the real name) but when you open them they have one after another inside well i found 6 of them and they didnt have those i bought them any how for i thought they were cool didnt pay attention untill i brought them home and realized they were pepper shakers i paid under $1 for 6 and i priced them online and there worth $45 a pair so they scewed there self over by $135.00 |

My Dad and I used to go all the time. S. Army Thrift Store, GoodWill SuperStore, Any Thrift Stores. We would find all kinds of stuff. I got a wedding dress for a $1.00 one time and to find out it was a high price dress. I gave it away. We would drive 50 miles,just to see what we could find. Since He has been gone, my heart just isn't in it anymore. no fun by yourself.
