What does friendship mean to you?

Everything. I do not say that lightly.

I do not make enemies. They are not necessary. It's pointless and a drain in life. If something doesn't work...walk away.
Simple and painless.
Friendship is nice to have. Each person is unique and should be respected for that.

But a friend with weed is better.

I have lots of acquaintances but very few I consider good friends. These friends are the ones I would put my life in their hands and I would also give my life up to save them. So, I don't take good friendships lightly.

God can be your best friend.
If you find yourself total helpless just make God your friend.And see your problem will be solved/ you will get right direction for solving your problem.

I dont want enemys but id rather have
that cause u know its the truth
what they say to me good or bad.

Friendship to me is two people
sharing time in life together
knowing and growing through life

and differnce,respecting another
and supporting the other in there dreams

even if its soemthign you would never do.
its beign there through good and bad
with open arms or with a harsh word at times.
familys pass on or grow apart and relationships
can fail but a true friend will be there
all along the way

friends come and go, very few would take a bullet for you. but that doesn't mean you can't be close to someone and depend on them for things (within reason). it takes a very long time to get to know a person, and for some, it may take much longer. there's no clear cut way of knowing who would be a good friend and who would snitch on you every chance they'd get. it's all relative and depends on individual dynamics so i guess... just roll with it and not analyze it too much. i wouldn't want any enemy whether they true, false, or in the greyzone.

A true friend is someone who is there when needed.

They are someone who really cares if you succeed and concerned enough to try to stop you from failing.

They are also someone who goes the extra mile when it is not expected.

As the world is against true lovers(like Romeo-Julliet,Laila-Mujnu),world is against true friends also. There will be always some who will try to break the friendship.

I don't believe in God but I do believe in my friends as they are actually right in front of me. I can touch them, hear them, and actually see them.

Not sure if I can fully agree with this statement. Whenever some of my friends back home wanted something from me, it would be food, money, shampoo, etc. Freeloaders aren't really friends, imo. My definition of a TRUE friend is-Someone who listens to your problems, someone who doesn't ask you for money or raid your fridge, someone who offers you help, a comforting shoulder to cry on. I, too, do not take friendship lightly. As for wanting enemies, oh dear. . Life is hard enough without inviting enemies.

Well I can't claim myself a theist but when I start any work in the name of God, it improves my concentration/confidence.
