Tell us how you take a friendship to the next level. How do you let someone know you want to be more than friends? |

The last guy I dated, after he took me and my daughter to dinner, we invited him to our home and made him dinner. She actually made the next move for both of us. She told him it was ok with her if he spent the night so that mommy wasn't lonely at night, lol. Seriously!

my advice..just be open and honest with them..let them know that no matter what you still want to be friends. it's probably gonna be a little weird at first especially if they dont feel the same way, or it could be amazing if they do...either way if you are truelly great friends then no matter what things will work...a lot of times i think people hold back on what they feel for the other person, because they are scared of rejection, but from most experiences when you let someone know how you feel its almost a sense of relief to the other person..so just go for it

Like I always say, though, music is the answer. I would write a song which best suits the situation; I've done it before and believe me, it works wonders. I met her at a coffee shop after I had played a set there and we were out front. I just started playing some nice chords and freestyling some lyrics to match, and it matched.
A year and a half later, we had a child. But apparently, things just weren't meant to be... and here I am. |

That is how I got married the last time. He sang to me on our first date and I was hooked. Even after he screwed up and we separated for awhile, he sang to me to get me back.
