Went for a great hike on Saturday. If someone can tell me how to post a picture I'll show one. I don't know how to post a picture either. Me, did some stationary cycling this morning, some weight lifting, and rode my bicycle to work. |

I swim laps and do water aerobics daily weather allows. the days I can't swim I have a low impact workoutDVD I use.

Your a stud. Thank you. That was the lake we passed our hike on Saturday. The sun and sky were perfect.

I am heading out to the gym. I have a chronic condition
which causes me to do push-ups, sit-ups and pull-ups and makes my muscles sore. |

I run for an hour along the beach everyday before going to work..then do 35 sit-ups at nighttime every other day..keeps me fit and build my endurance..

I built up to running 3 miles this summer, first time I ever ran, am rather proud of it. That is so awesome! I used to run everyday in my 20's. I was actually training to run the Los Angeles Marathon in 1997 or 98. I had gotten up to 10 mile runs but got into a car accident a few months before the race. Even though I didn't get to run the marathon I had a lot of fun entering 5 and 10K runs. |
