I saw this beautiful younger woman at the mall. My old heart just started busting at the seams. She was pregnant. Looked about 8 & 1/2 months along and had the most awesome profile. And the way she moved, moved me. I fell in love. I went over and told her how beautiful and graceful I found her. She told me she was honored and my comment made her day. She gave me a big hug and we walked away. It's possible to fall in love every day. That was really sweet. Thanks for sharing.

One thing I really don't understand is all this talk of open hearts and closed hearts.Far as I know my heart doesn't have doors on it that I can open and close at will.Sometimes love gets in ,sometimes it doesn't but why it does or doesn't I still have no clue why,it just happens.

Kind of helps to have a map but sometimes the best journeys are the ones you do by the seat of your pants and you have no where to go but up. I don't think any love deep or minor leaves you completely and the traces on your soul will be help make you a better person. Very nice advice, it feels true, the ones by the seat of your pants are the best they are more exciting and not sought after or planned out, they just happen...naturally |

i believe that in every since of the word because every relationship is different and you never know unless you try and see where it goes from the start of the relationship. that is my take on it.

Just because I have an open heart does not mean I will find love, or if its closed as they say I won't. That is something I just do not buy into. As far as how many people you can fall in love with I really don't know the answer to that. I know what you mean about loving someone and being so wrong about them, but at the same token I am glad I did have that feeling for awhile.It was nice while it lasted, but in life and Love there are no guarantees of anything.I just don't worry about it anymore, life is still good. |

I wonder, is not caring anymore the same as giving up? Its been a very long time since I loved somebody so I am not sure I even know the difference anymore. No, it's not the same thing. Giving up means you close yourself off to the possibility of a serious relationship. Not caring means you're still open but you don't care anymore if it comes along or not. I'm in the not caring category with you. I've seen people who have given up and I decided I don't want to be like that. |
