I can't give a man's perspective on independence, but I can give mine as an independent woman... I think the difference between want and need sums it up nicely. I don't NEED a man. Sure, I'd like one in my life, but I don't rely on a man to help me financially, to boost my self esteem, to give meaning to my life, or make me feel complete. I'm just fine on my own. 
This Is a VERY GOOD ANSWER!!!!!!!! A woman who does NOT need me.....But wants Me..... Has no NEED to rely on me.....yet knows she can at times. Knows who she IS...without me.....and with me. Is complete on her own. I once said in a thread.......... I don't need anyone to complete me.....I am complete on my own. What I would like to find is........ A woman who can Compliment my life.....and I hers!!! |

For me, it is a woman who can function completely independently of me,
one who is secure, confident, financially independent and as intelligent and as passionate as I am. She can be as independent as she likes to be but chooses to depend on me as I choose likewise to depend on her.

Independantly cook, Independantly clean, Independantly put out the trash........ so on and soooo on..... well...you get the drift!!!!

Meh..as long as I am happy with me ..they can go leap in a lake if they don't like it. But....I can't Swim!!!!! Lucky for you; I own 4 life jackets.
