I'm a big fun of christian movies b'se they boost my faith in Christ Jesus.
I normally watch movies by the African americans, what bothers is that these guys passionately kiss (singles just dating and on a small extent those in marriage). It bothers me b'se many of these guys are born again christians not acting like.
Is it because i have an African setting that i see it that way?

So if an actor is a Born-Again Christian, they shouldn't be kissing anyone in their movies?

Most actors and actresses aren't married to their co-stars.

It appears to me to be a cultural issue, because nothing in the Bible forbids it.

Interesting subject. I would say it's a sin. They aren't just "kissing" eg., peck on the lips, on the cheek maybe, or anything like that. You said they were "passsionatly" kissing. A passionate kiss is leaning more towards sexual. Not the rawr wild buckwild kind, but the passionate love making kind. But anyways lol, yeah I would say it's a sin for two males to "passionately" kiss.

Uh, when Chuuma said, "these guys passionately kiss", I believe that he was using the word "guys" in a gender-neutral sense.

As for the claim that it is a sin for a single man to passionately kiss a single woman . . . such a claim needs to be supported by biblical evidence.

The last time that I checked, kissing is not sex.

I believe as born again christians, we should add value to kissing just like sex.
I believe, and i will stick with this belief, that kissing is for the marrieds. It is to commence the moment the priest says that "you can kiss the bride", that's the christian way! Acting in a movie scene is not different from doing it in reality. If acting was all right then real knives and guns would b used( why real lips then?).

yeah , it's a cultural issue b'se in acient Africa we never kissed. I believe that every culture has limitations and as 4 passionate kissing, marriage is the permit.
