I have an idea for those who need something to do on this day besides sit all day at a park with nothing to do waiting for ONE fireworks show.

I am staking myself a spot at Angel Gate park in San Pedro for the BEST fireworks show of all. One that spans the whole of Los Angeles to the horizon from about the 110 Freeway EAST! The location is Ft. MacArthur on Gaffey Street. It has a tremendous view, perfect for kite flying, but get there early or parking will be HELL!
