Yes I started my diet on June 7th. the scale at my Dr.s office only has a 400 pound capacity. The trust time I weighed it wouldn't register. The second and third time I read 404. On the 17th of July I weighed at the surgons office. My weight was 400.8. My frist goal is to be under 400 and im pretty sure ill obtain that goal when I weigh in on Friday. I'm excited to see my progress. Thank to everyone fir all their support. :)

thank you . . .to be honest an amazing myself . . for so long I had the mind set that I couldn't do anything about the way my life wad. . .but now I know that I wad wrong I learned a very important lesson (finally it stuck) that was to own my choices and take responsibility for the choices I make. it has made a big difference in my life. :)

One of my vices is soda. I've been doing pretty good cutting back on it. I some times drink diet soda instead or the sweetener flavored waters. but I've found that if I keep a picture of come water in my fridge ill drink it. I also just add some fresh lemon to the water if I want a little flavor. I use to "need" my caffeine soda fix every day. But lately I haven't been craving it. :)

Soda is one of the worst offenderssad
I found that Crystal Lite lemonade, pink lemonade, and peach ice tea is a delicious substitute and has 0 everything.
Also Sprite 0. Not as much carbonation but close.
Hang in there and don't get discouraged it will be worth itflowerforyou

I some times drink diet soda instead or the sweetener flavored waters. but I've found that if I keep a picture of come water in my fridge ill drink it. I also just add some fresh lemon to the water if I want a little flavor. I use to "need" my caffeine soda fix every day. But lately I haven't been craving it. :)

Green tea saved me!...It's high in antioxidants which are great for the skinhappy ...It has enough caffine to keep you from jonesing...Also, if you use honey to sweeten it you get even more nutritional value...Honey is ultra rich in vitimins and minerals, and again, anioxidants...It's a natural sweetener which is fat free and cholesterol free too...flowerforyou

Lol :) yeah me too. good thing I love salads . . my son goes to Carls Jr a lot and gets cheeseburger but he's a sweetie and get me a grilled chicken salad. :)

That's nice I love ceaser salads too. Also el pollo loco has a great loco salad.

Dr.Oz ( I love him) says it's best to lose 2-3 pounds a week because if you lose to much too fast then the elasticity of your skin has a hard time catching up.

First thing I did last year was stop eating at fast food chains (man, that was hard) and drinking soda. I feel way less bloated these days. Still struggling with everything else. I love food way too much, lol.

WOW!!! I just love all the postive feedback on this site! Everyone here has given caring and adult feedback! You can't find that on youtube. There is always a jerk in the crowd! We all struggle to be better and improve on our health and lives. This is soooooo encouraging to see! I'm with you too Pennyg281! Keep going because I sure am!!!
