Is anyone else unable to upload a picture to their profile? I have attempted repeatedly to upload an image but when I click submit the path disappears and no image is uploaded. Any suggestions?

Hi haytumble168,

If you are trying to upload from a cell phone, then it might not work. This site doesn't fully support all phones yet.

You might try to borrow a computer to upload a photo.

Thanks but I am attempting via a computer. I have tried jpeg and gif with no success. I have reduced the size to web small also.

I will contact the admins to look into this. It could be a glitch or something.

Hello haytumble168,

The actual file size may not be the culprit. The number of pixels in the photo must not exceed 10 meg (10,000,000) pixels. In other words, the product of width x height, must be 10 meg or less.

Other than that, if the photo is in .gif, .jpg, or .bmp format, you should not have any upload issues.

I have reduced the size to 89kb still without success. Thanks for the suggestions but unfortunately still no luck.
