well this is Sad because of arthritis ....... I have had at least 1 surgery a year since I was 40! 5 in my hands & 3 in my right knee. I just saw the Dr. This week. It has spread thru. My right hand I already have a screw connected yo my hip bone in my thumb. & my left thumb is fused. Need more surgery. It don't keep me out of the gym tho.
The Drs. would kill me if they only knew. My knee is taking 2 yrs to heal because I can't stop Hiking!
I'm obsessed with working out that's why it so sad that I can't get rid of (osteoarthritis)

well actually it has helped me quite a bit......my knee has the ability yo straighten and bend at 100% as for my lady fused thumb it healed better than expected .......... I used it more than ever & was lifting weights 2 weeks after surgery in a cast ..... I honestly do have an Obsession working out....... I get a High off of it babe. Lol
My Dr.told me if I were to slow down then I would get depressed! : p
