they said i could see cameras in my house, open my locks

and turn off and on lights

i asked them if i could hear inside my house

they said no

my phone shut off and my phone line never worked again

The people you can actually get on the phone, from a company like verizon, are often not competent to do their jobs, nor communicate well.

I wouldn't put much stock in a single conversation with a person from verizon.

I have no idea how many companies spy on their customers without the customers knowledge. When confronted they say it is so they can find out what it is you need and to serve you better. I thinks its Obama and Holder finding who is dissin' em so they know who to lock up in the FEMA camps first.
