Its NOT an old picture, I havent had plastic surgery, the photo is not retouched, or photoshopped,
and why in the hell would I try to do that anyways? 
I just took it 2 days ago! 
No,I dont have any wrinkles.. yet.

Thanks Rok, I love your blogs, you seem to have a fun side and I enjoy that. I know what you mean, we are living longer, but gee, seems that ones that may look older than their age may have had a hard life. You were blessed with youthful good looks. Don't let me fool you, I am going down fighting!!

That is why you are young inside, you kept moving. People that lead sedentary lives with bad habits as well, tend to age more. I am learning from the seniors I meet, one next door is 80 years young, rides a bicycle 12 miles everyday, drank budweiser all his life and still does, every day. Never smoked and eats healthy, nothing processed, and takes 5000 mg vitamin C and multivitamin every day for the last 45 years. Not on any meds, either, has all his teeth and his mind too.
I think I lost my mind a few years back...LOL
