First thing I do is cut out the fast food (acting like it doesn't exist). Next I get rid of the bread, except for the stuff that is wholefoods type with tons of fiber and grains. Next I empty out my frig and start all over without any junk looking back at me. Everything else is ok...but did you really just say BREAD? I can't...no can...will not...no sir. I have a rather unhealthy addiction to bread...so much that it wouldn't bother me to go to prison and be punished to have bread and water only. ........minus the water Put the bread stick down, and back away. |

I used to be a lil smaller than my pics i have posted now. I know i'm not fat i just gained a little weight and would like to shed it...permanently.
