The UN is a failed experiment. It's better for the US to make open alliances and use free market diplomacy to influence the world. The UN elected Sudan, a country where slavery is legal, to be the head of the Human Rights Council at one point. They constantly make statements against Israel, but ignore dictatorships, countries where slavery is legal, countries where protesters are murdered... The UN is a failure, it's time to move on with freedom based solutions.
