Creepiness is overtly sexual, aggressive, and threatening in nature; Flirting is subtly sexual, friendly, polite, non-threatening, and flattering in nature. Creepy behavior sends the message that the guy would like to rape you, and would if the opportunity arose. Flirtation sends the message that the guy is available and interested, should the woman choose to reciprocate.
I just can’t make sense of “creepy” behavior. I can’t imagine that it would ever work to gain someone’s favor or affection. All it does is frighten, freak out or piss off the object of interest
