Topic: Ron Paul sweeping up delegates!!!! | |
---|---|
He now has his delegates sitting in GOP chair posititons in many of the presently polled caucus states, and is winning the majority of delegates heading to their state conventions! The latest victory is in Nevada where RP delegates have taken the chair and all other key positions for the state GOP and well over 1/2 of the 1000 delegates going to the state convention. The remainder of delegates are split between the other candidates. The story is the same across many of the other states dispite the attempts by the GOP to control the caucuses by fradulent means, ignoring their own laws (Roberts rules of Order) governing the state caucus procedures. Those attempts are well documented, making national news, causing key GOP personnel to lose their state chair positions, and in the case of Clarke County in Missouri, conduct a whole new caucus with the state GOP stepping in to conduct the election of the caucus chairman and insure legality of the process. This is causing voters to start questioning the "Grand Ole Party", the voting process, and their party's agenda. For those who think RP can't get the nomination ....I hope your not holding your breath..... http://m.examiner.com/conspiracy-in-denver/wa-gop-on-hidden-camera-excluding-ron-paul-delegates |

If Ron Paul gets the nomination then Obama is sure to get re-elected. nothing could be further from the truth National polls show RP beating our glorious dictator by 3 or more % while the others score well under Owe-Bummer is losing his support (that got him elected) of the youth voter base, independents and disinfranchised Dems to RP..... RP is bringing new life, new voters and strength to the GOP, and an excitement and enthusiasm they have lacked for years! |

Many of my democrat friends are disappointed in Obama taking so long to end the wars. RP is actually an option for them becuase they do not see a candidate who is moderate who will actually do what he says.

A lot of info is coming out as well about the "Insane One" and backdoor deals with the GOP elites to squealch the Romney vote (not a bad thing) and completely "control, downplay or misplace" the RP vote....called "flipping". Rumor has it that Ben Swann is investigating it for a "Reality Check" report. |

How sad it is that you are disillusioned by Ron Paul.

How sad it is that you are disillusioned by Ron Paul. Please tell us why. That might take effort tho . . . |

How sad it is that you are disillusioned by Ron Paul. There is "disillusionment" going on, but it is FAR from being in the Ron Paul camp whose supporters are taking an interest in the election process and defeating the establishment neocons at their own game.....LEGALLY.... and they don't like it! They have had their way for so long they are unprepared for the new, informed, voter base, and they are losing control of their caucuses and breaking their own rules....and being caught at it! |

If Ron Paul gets the nomination then Obama is sure to get re-elected. He wont get the nomination. The same two people on here constantly flood the forums with pro-Ron Paul stuff written by authors who have NO understanding of our political system. Ron Paul has come in a very distant 4th (last place) in almost EVERY state wide primary so far except for the two that only he and Romney were on, he still finished at a distant last. The anti Romney right should have wen;t and supported Ron Paul since they couldn't vote for their two candidates Gingrich and Santorum, but know they voted for Romney because they see how dangeous Ron Paul is. Now lets look at the delegate totales. Mitt Romney 503, Rick Santorum 288, Gingrich 150 and Ron Paul 27 delegates. Man he is just cleaning up! He isn't even doidn this as a real candidate. He's getting the interest out there for the news letters he writes, edits and sells and the nice income all of this will create for him. And you were right, Omama would spank Ron Paul all the way around the campaign trail and back. |

And you were right, Omama would spank Ron Paul all the way around the campaign trail and back. Let's do a post count on people posting RP threads.... you outnumber them 2 to 1....so who floods the threads? And again, you have NO idea of what you are talking about in terms of delegate assignments, and apparently don't care, which if it makes you happy is all well and good, more power to you, but anyone doing a little research will find out otherwise. Broken records don't sell..... good luck with the growth hormones and record sales ******************* Add together the bound delegates from New Hampshire, South Carolina, Florida, and Nevada, and extrapolate the caucus states' delegates and you get: Total Delegates (IA, NH, SC, FL, NV, MN, CO, ME) Romney: 93 (6, 7, 2, 50, 14, 2, 7, 5) Paul: 82 (13, 3, 0, 0, 5, 28, 17, 16) Gingrich: 29 (0, 0, 23, 0, 6, 0, 0, 0) Santorum: 25 (6, 0, 0, 0, 3, 7, 9, 0) Unpledged: 14 (3, 2, 0, 0, 0, 3, 3, 3) *Unpledged includes Huntsman's delegates in NH as well as unbound party leader delegates in certain states. The caucus/convention process for selecting delegates has plenty of quirks along the way - the eventual delegates could be more evenly dispersed or could skew even more heavily to Paul as the majority candidate. But this is a far more accurate portrayal of the true state of play than allocating delegates proportionately to the straw poll or entirely to the straw poll leader. And it shows that, for now, this is a two-man race in delegates between Paul and Romney. ******************* As far as Owe-bummer spanking RP...... Trio of Polls Show Ron Paul Most Viable Alternative to Romney v Obama Recent surveys cite Paul as most serious Romney alternative vs. Obama, even outperforming moderate Mitt in swing-state of Pennsylvania http://finance.yahoo.com/news/trio-polls-show-ron-paul-231700291.html |

I think that a Presidential Election between Ron Paul and Barack Obama would be the most interesting contest. RP would only have to ask 2 questions to win..... 1. (and Romney/Santorum/Grinch couldn't/wouldn't ask these...) "While your programs and policies may appeal to the American public on their face, how to you plan to fund them without adding further hardship to the taxpayer, to the economy and the dwindling value of the dollar?" 2. "By what authority do you proclaim the power of a King, denying Americans their civil liberties, even to the point of execution or assassination, and the right to feel secure in their person, home and papers as afforded under the constitution, which you swore an oath to uphold and defend, and the Bill of Rights?" Should do the trick no matter how good a debater O is! Any other puppet would just be musical chairs! |

Ron Paul is a wussie and would be able to take the attacks or even debate Obama as Obama would spank him across the stage and back and get him to do his famous stuttering that he does when nervous. |

The broken record sales seem to be going as well as the Grinch's book and picture sales. Hopefully the growth hormones are working out better for ya.... The Grinch, $2M in the hole now, no longer has any finacial backers, The insane one having to "pay" people to attend his rallies for the photos the press needs and give them pictures for the news other than protesters, and then his campaign people being "caught" making backdoor deals with local GOP officials at caucus sites in an attempt to garner ANY delegates, then there is Romney...or should I say "was" Romney. Regardless of the media rhetoric as to who is winning, who is crazy, or how well someone vocalizes their points, over 5000 people are attending rallies to hear Dr Paul "stutter", while the others have to pay people and pass out "grassroots" signs (collected after each rally for use at the next one) to attend, and they MIGHT get a couple hundred people to show up (even when paid to do so). Facts are facts, and they tell a little different story than your fairytale media Faux tries to paint. It's anyones game yet, that IS the facts, as NONE of them are even close to having the FACTUAL delegate count needed to guarantee the nomination, and no chance of doing so at this stage in the race. I hope they all stay in the race to the convention, it will be "brokered" then for sure, and I feel it will be a surprise to many still wearing MSM blinders or rose colored glasses. |
