go get a box of truvia and look at the first ingredint
not stevia but Erithrytol i never promoted truvia or purvia this is what im talking about they are lying to people but again who are you going to believe coke pepsi or me? you really cant buy pure stevia in the us i found sun crystals and they soon went out of business the only sugar that seemed healthy and there gone this is only one thing in a million look at fertilizer 15-30-15 now its 24-8-16 you cant grow food with that can you electric cars dont work either so the public says GMO corn killed 2 million in us in four years cotton is so much better than hemp i could go on forever it seems but very few would understand Is Stevia Safer? Stevia comes from a plant, and the Guaraní Indians of South America have been using it to sweeten their yerba mate for centuries. The “natural fallacy” and the “ancient wisdom fallacy” sway many consumers, but for those of us who are critical thinkers, who want to avoid logical fallacies and look at the scientific evidence, what does science tell us? Is stevia preferable to aspartame? We really don’t know. Concerns have been raised about possible adverse effects such as cancer and birth defects. Stevia is banned in most European countries and in Singapore and Hong Kong because their regulatory agencies felt that there was insufficient toxicological evidence to demonstrate its safety. The US banned its import in 1991 as a food additive, but the 1994 Diet Supplement Health and Education Act (DSHEA) legalized its sale as a dietary supplement. Most of the safety concerns have been dismissed, but so have the concerns about aspartame. Arguably, the concerns about stevia are more valid than those about aspartame, because there is less evidence refuting them. The plant extract is refined using ethanol, methanol, crystallization and separation technologies to separate the various glycoside molecules. The Coca-Cola Company sells it as Truvia. Pepsi sells it as PureVia. It is a product of major corporations and is prepared in a laboratory using “toxic” chemicals like methanol. For some reason that doesn’t bother those who are promoting stevia as a natural product. |

If Sweet N Low kills, I am dying next week. You can all make sure they put on my headstone, "Sweet N Low killed her but she sure did enjoy it in her coffee with her soy milk while she was alive".
You never know what in life is going to kill you. You never know what they will find to be toxic or safe next week. You can walk out to the mail box and get plowed into by truck. It's like that song "Dead Man's Party" where they are all saying how they ended up dead. You have no idea how you are going to end up at the "Dead Man's Party". I could attempt to drink and smoke myself to death and then fail and decide I had new lease on life and go completely sober and then trip over the cat and hit my head on the fireplace and bleed to death. You can't go around being paranoid of everything. My Marine Biology teacher who went on more dangerous underwater adventures than probably he could even count, was home alone and fell of a ladder changing a light bulb and died. True story. You can spend your time scaring yourself silly on the internet or you can go out and live life. |

I have a real hard time making sense of most of what you post Volant. The links are pseudo science at best and nonsense at worst.
Erithrytol is a sugar. Please explain whats wrong with it in your own words without linking to a long video that also doesn't explain the physiological issues with consuming this form of sugar. |
