coke and pepsi have been tested and both contained mercury from hfcs

its funny how he doesnt menchen anything about that

or about gmos

or that hfcs is only cheaper because we spend tax dollars so that it remains cheaper

im not saying white refined sugar is good either

Yes, the different kinds of sugars are all very similar in the dangers they present. They are slightly different, may or may not have slightly different impacts on the liver, or your insulin levels, or your blood sugar levels, or whatever.... but not in a way that makes some kinds of sugar good and other kinds bad.

The only significant way that one kind of sugar can be seen as 'better' than another is when you look at what comes along with it.

I think you are better off getting your sugar from fruit, not because fruit-sugar is healthier than HFCS, but because when you eat fruit you also get fiber, water, vitamins and minerals.

Or consider corn - the source of HFCS. Of course it contains the fructose from which HFCS is made, but corn isn't horrible for you. All that fiber, water, and nutrition makes corn healthy for you, even with the sugar it naturally contains.
