The dog saw it first, so of course I have 60 pounds of mutt trying to climb the wall making the spider run! The dig chases the spider - The coffe table never stood a chance!!

Dogs barking crazy - spider caoming straight for me - my tough 16 year old son runs screaming from the room!!

Grabs bug spray - should have checked that it was pointed the right way as the dog knocks me down while doing another lap around the room!!

I hate spiders!!!

So my day now begins!

my son got bitten by a black widow spider.
he had to be hospitalized for three days!!
then he went home on morphine around the
clock for 2 more days.

They are evil creatures!!! Anything with more than six legs is unnatural!! Yes I have issues with octopus too!

Most of the nurses where I work hate spiders. I am the official spider smasher. I see so many going as I walk down the halls. They don't bother me. The nurses are a lot of fun. Don't just watch it; Kill it. Get that thing away from me. What is real fun was the other day when I squashed one and it had babies and they went everywhere. This one nurse really freaked.

Sage - Thanks for the tip!! I will give it a try but I am not holding out hope. Tried so many things and they don't work. The spiders live in the trees and drop on the roof and come in that way!!

Sure, Ella. One of my charge nurses who is Aquarius is using her creativity after writing so many notes in the maintenance drop box to try to get them to get rid of the spiders. After I kill a fairly large spider she puts the spider in the drop box after she clear tapes the spider to a nurse note paper making the spider officially documented. She tapes it to the nurse's station glass wall and any where else where it is noticeable. If I know her she will start taping it to the maintenance door after a while.
