Based on what evidence?

How do you know that a broader nuclear family would not contribute more to children's adaptability, patience, security, and acceptance of others?

The foundation for children is love and consistency, which can exist in any structure

that being said

if you line up all structures that have that love and consistency,, a mother and father give the ADDED element of dependability, loyalty, consistency, and responsibility

by setting an example of that from the childs creation to their own ability to become parents themself,,, and a very important element for a young child ..trying to decide 'who' they are,,,in terms of where they come from,,,,

Look around you.

The broader nuclear family has contributed to the situation that exists now.

The current teen generation has had to learn discpline by themselves (and some have and some have not).

Community is a collection of folks (some married, some not).

Community teaches all you have listed.

With out the cross currents of multi parent complex dynamic.

I don't think we made a connection somewhere.

Nuclear family is more consistant with the head(s) of household and children. Extended family includes, granparents, aunts, uncles, cousins.

But a nuclear family can be one head of household and children too or it can be a man and his wifes and their children or a wife, her husbands, and their children.


If two parents are so beneficial to the childrens welfare and development, then why wouldn't and expanded nuclear family, (as noted above)be better?

more is not necessarily better

excellerated hair growth means little if the roots are weak or if the ends break

its the solid foundation that makes the extension beneficial or not benefical


for a child to know it is conceived from two people committed in love to them and each other, cant possibly be improved upon, just further solidified by additiona 'extended' examples

Perhaps I can not provide scientific proof of a Mother/Father Parent Dynamic and its probabilities of sucesses in raising children.

I have learned from mistakes and sucesses, deepening, and sometimes pure guesswork.

I offer this.

When an embryo attaches to the mother it breaths through her. She becomes, at that moment, its image of God (the Mother).

What better parent could there possibly be for the role of Mother.

She and all she does is imprinted for 9 months upon the mind of the child.

The childs mind will begin to grow as soon as it 'grasps' that 'this is mother'.

In due time it will become aware of a new imprint. It will slow the growth of mind so that it can absorb this new thing.

It will not grow in the mind until it has absorbed this new thing.

If there is a father present that happens quickly because he is there. The little human will begin growing in the Realm of the Mind when he imprints the father (This becomes God(the father)).

Each other person that imprints in the role of Mother or Father will cause a slowing of the growth of mind and the more people dynamic is present (as God (the parent)) the slower will be the growth until the newness is grasped.

A two parent group then has an immediate and rapid effect upon the growth of mind.

And therefore the best chance of raising a child into the community with sucess.
