Here is a way to know who your neighbors are, their names, their phone numbers.
Though helpful, but very scary.                 
 
Enter your address, and up comes a map of your area...and a list of all neighbors and their phone numbers!
Look up your neighbors address and phone number just by entering your address
(You can run but you can't hide! Never heard of this one before)
Go to website: http://neighbors.whitepages.com/
Note that you can enlarge the detail (+) and rotate the view. 

It was "interesting" but it didn't show phone #'s for me, probably did something wrong.

Are your own numbers unlisted or cell numbers?
Another check would be plug in your neighbors address as the original and see what shows up for yours.

That is interesting.

It said 'no information found' on me, had all my neighbors.

I just re-ran my own both ways and that's what it does, it leaves the origins address number blank.
Obviously cell numbers won't come up, nor will unlisted.

It also had a past neighbor listed for an address that has a new owner. So some information may not be completely correct.
Just correct enough to be scarey.

No, I put my next door neighbors house number in..it pulled his info up on top and the neighbors underneath. Mine wasn't there.

When I did my address it had no info ...neighbors were all underneath.

I'm invisible. Cool.
