The cross does not show up in the followers of Messiah untill around Constantine.. Before that it was what was used to kill thier Messiah.. No writer I have seen before constantine spoke of anyone wearing a cross.. That would be like wearing a Swasika in Jerusalem Getting back on topic: "The cross does not show up in the followers of Messiah untill around Constantine" Yet it shows up much earlier than the Judaic "Messaiah myths" as I have explained in earlier posts. The primitive Christ followers latched on to the Celtic Cross (using the massive coincidence of their "saviour" being crucified - as if "He" was the only human being in existence to ever be crucified; a common form of torture by the Romans) as a means to convert the "heathens" of Europe to their rapidly spreading new religion. It is a coincidence of form that the "crucified messiah" happens to bear resemblance to the ancient pagan symbol of the heavens. For a 21st century person to ignore this fact is beyond incredible; it is wilful ignorance. |

"In spite of the overwhelming symbolism of the cross, the precise shape of the object on which Jesus was crucified cannot be proven explicitly from the Bible. The Greek word translated “cross” is stauros, meaning “a pole or a cross used as an instrument of capital punishment.” The Greek word stauroo, which is translated “crucify” means to be attached to a pole or cross. Though the Greek usage of these words can mean “pole” or “stake,” many scholars argue that Jesus most likely died on a cross in which the upright beam projected above the shorter crosspiece. Biblically, though, an airtight case cannot be made for either a cross or a pole/stake. The Romans were not picky in regards to how they would crucify people. The Romans used crosses, poles, stakes, upside-down crosses, x-shaped crosses, walls, roofs, etc. Jesus could have been crucified on any of these objects and it would not have affected the perfection or sufficiency of His sacrifice." Jesus was crucified on a cross. John 20:25 25The other disciples therefore said unto him, We have seen the LORD. But he said unto them, Except I shall see in his hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and thrust my hand into his side, I will not believe. If it would have been just a vertical poll there would not have been any prints of any nails in his hand. For it would have been no need to nail his hands to anything if it wasn't on a cross. What we have is scripture that was written for Constantine.. He definately corrupted it.. Not the OT but the new. It says Cursed is he who hangs on a tree not cross. We see also that they broke the thieves leggs for them to die fast before sundown. This is not possible for a fast death in the christian version of a cross.. breaking your leggs with your arms out would cause more suffering but not a fast death.. Thats a proven medical fact. They broke thier leggs for them to suffocate as they could not press up with thier leggs no more. The only way for this to be is for the hands to be nailed together straight above the head. when the leggs are broken your body wieght will cause you to gasp for air and die of suffocation fairly quickly. Yahshua was already dead as not a bone of his body was to be broken as in prophecy of the promiced messiah. He was hung as on a Tree just as the scriptures said he would be |

Yes constantinwe was a pagan.. Probally of the Cult of Mithra. He converted after winning a great battle when he was greatly out numbered and he claimed as they went into battle he saw a cross in the air and under it it said. " by This sign conquer" Since then the cross has been used to kill millions of people as a sign of Conquest. It's sickening to me |

The cross was used centuries if not millinium before the Messiah as a religious relic In Eygpt . Pick up any book and u see it hung around what I would guess priests necks. Other religions ways are seen all through the chr-stian religion. Mithra who was said to be the son of Zoraster ( Zorasterism) was said to be reborn every year soon after the winter soltice. At the time of Constantine most Roman Soldiers had taken on this religion which was from persia. Modern day Iraq and Iran conbined. Thier are around I believe 5000 or so practising in America today with most being in Iran. Thier writings are the oldests found in the world. The Magi as seen who came to Judea within 2 years of the Messiah's birth were the priests of Mithra Chr-stmas was Mithra's B-day and it was on dec 25th. he was the conquering son and the conquering sun as daylight stopped getting shorter and another year was celebrated.funny how religions copy each other |

Please do enlighten us with these verses that condemn Easter. A cross has two beams one going horizontal one going vertical. The decorations on them mean NOTHING. So how exactly is the "cross" in general stolen from a pagan belief? And again, show me these verses that condemn Easter. |

For a 21st century person to ignore this fact is beyond incredible; it is wilful ignorance. . I am not sure what happened as I am redoing my computer but this was about Easter being Condemned CowBoy............ This is a whole chapter of Eze.8.. I will leave it alone so you can see everywhere LORD is is from YHWH but is this past present or future? whats an abominal thing? Its talking about many things being done that r not HOLY>.. And it came to pass in the sixth year, in the sixth [month], in the fifth [day] of the month, [as] I sat in mine house, and the elders of Judah sat before me, that the hand of the Lord GOD fell there upon me. Eze 8:2 Then I beheld, and lo a likeness as the appearance of fire: from the appearance of his loins even downward, fire; and from his loins even upward, as the appearance of brightness, as the colour of amber. Eze 8:3 And he put forth the form of an hand, and took me by a lock of mine head; and the spirit lifted me up between the earth and the heaven, and brought me in the visions of God to Jerusalem, to the door of the inner gate that looketh toward the north; where [was] the seat of the image of jealousy, which provoketh to jealousy. Eze 8:4 And, behold, the glory of the God of Israel [was] there, according to the vision that I saw in the plain. Eze 8:5 ¶ Then said he unto me, Son of man, lift up thine eyes now the way toward the north. So I lifted up mine eyes the way toward the north, and behold northward at the gate of the altar this image of jealousy in the entry. Eze 8:6 He said furthermore unto me, Son of man, seest thou what they do? [even] the great abominations that the house of Israel committeth here, that I should go far off from my sanctuary? but turn thee yet again, [and] thou shalt see greater abominations. Eze 8:7 ¶ And he brought me to the door of the court; and when I looked, behold a hole in the wall. Eze 8:8 Then said he unto me, Son of man, dig now in the wall: and when I had digged in the wall, behold a door. Eze 8:9 And he said unto me, Go in, and behold the wicked abominations that they do here. Eze 8:10 So I went in and saw; and behold every form of creeping things, and abominable beasts, and all the idols of the house of Israel, pourtrayed upon the wall round about. Eze 8:11 And there stood before them seventy men of the ancients of the house of Israel, and in the midst of them stood Jaazaniah the son of Shaphan, with every man his censer in his hand; and a thick cloud of incense went up. Eze 8:12 Then said he unto me, Son of man, hast thou seen what the ancients of the house of Israel do in the dark, every man in the chambers of his imagery? for they say, The LORD seeth us not; the LORD hath forsaken the earth. Eze 8:13 ¶ He said also unto me, Turn thee yet again, [and] thou shalt see greater abominations that they do. Eze 8:14 Then he brought me to the door of the gate of the LORD'S house which [was] toward the north; and, behold, there sat women weeping for Tammuz. Eze 8:15 ¶ Then said he unto me, Hast thou seen [this], O son of man? turn thee yet again, [and] thou shalt see greater abominations than these. Eze 8:16 And he brought me into the inner court of the LORD'S house, and, behold, at the door of the temple of the LORD, between the porch and the altar, [were] about five and twenty men, with their backs toward the temple of the LORD, and their faces toward the east; and they worshipped the sun toward the east............ ( I say this is sunrise services with thier backs turned away from the Holy One.. ............ Eze 8:17 ¶ Then he said unto me, Hast thou seen [this], O son of man? Is it a light thing to the house of Judah that they commit the abominations which they commit here? for they have filled the land with violence, and have returned to provoke me to anger: and, lo, they put the branch to their nose. Eze 8:18 Therefore will I also deal in fury: mine eye shall not spare, neither will I have pity: and though they cry in mine ears with a loud voice, [yet] will I not hear them. |
